We believe in making Hassle Free ‘Product Return’
The step-by-step guide for returning a product will elucidate the nuances and enrich the customer’s experience.
Conditions for Return:

▪ If the delivered product is damaged/defective or a mismatch, then the customer may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of the original delivery date
▪ Product Return will be permitted only through a Return Authorization (RA) number
▪ Post issuance, the RA number will expire within 7 days. Hence, we encourage our customers to return the product at the earliest
▪ Goods returned without a valid RA number will not be processed for refunds and may face an additional levy
▪ Goods returned without any defect/damage or a mismatch are subject to a restocking fee (25% of the item price)
Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

Prior to shipping your product, verify the guidelines in order to avoid any delay/denial in processing your return:
     ▪ Products must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipped securely
     ▪ Products must be free from any damage including (but not limited to) dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals, etc.
     ▪ Products labeled with a security seal must be intact/non-tampered

PS: Processing a Return may take up to 15 business days from the time of receipt
Defective/Missing Units:

Products that arrive defective or in a damaged state or with missing units will be resolved in the following way:
     ▪ Replacing all the affected units
     ▪ Giving partial credit for the affected units
PS: Replaced Items will not have any additional credit issued against them.

Other Reasons:

If the reason for replacement is one among the listed below then additional restocking fees of 15-20% will be applied-
The ordered item is no longer required.
 There is a change in the mind of the purchaser who does not want to continue the order.
 The customer is getting the same item at a better price as compared to evegears.com  

Shipping for Return: 

➢ All shipping charges are borne by the customer.
➢ Shipping charges would be refunded under the following scenarios:
     • Products Damaged/defective on Arrival
     • Erroneous Products shipped by our store
➢ Select a carrier of choice for returning the package. Kindly specify the address and the Return Authorization (RA) Number while filling out the bill of lading.
➢ For traceability, kindly utilize a carrier service that provides delivery confirmation once the product has been shipped from your end. This can be shared with us accordingly.
